Team Drivers – Long-Haul (Western Canada)

Williams Pharmalogistics is a Canadian leader in pharmaceutical logistics, specializing in the transport of temperature-sensitive products nationwide. With a growing national fleet and modern facilities, we are hiring experienced drivers to support our expansion across Western Canada.

Role Summary
We are looking for team drivers to run long-haul lanes between Toronto and major Western Canada cities (Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver).

Routes are planned and coordinated by our Operations team to ensure safe, on-time, and compliant deliveries for our pharmaceutical clients.



Responsibilities:

We are hiring employee drivers only—no owner-operators.
This is a full-time position directly with Williams Pharmalogistics.

• Valid AZ (Class 1) driver’s licence
• Minimum 3 years of long-haul tractor-trailer experience
• Clean driver’s abstract — no major violations
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certificate — training provided if needed
• Previous team-driving experience (strong asset)
• Knowledge of Canadian regulations (Hours of Service, ELD, safety)
• Professional attitude, reliability, and customer focus



Qualifications:

• Valid AZ (Class 1) driver’s licence
• Minimum 3 years of long-haul tractor-trailer experience
• Clean driver’s abstract — no major violations
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certificate — training provided if needed
• Previous team-driving experience (strong asset)
• Knowledge of Canadian regulations (Hours of Service, ELD, safety)
• Professional attitude, reliability, and customer focus
