Williams Pharmalogistique is a key player in the field of transportation and logistics, specializing in temperature-controlled delivery. We provide reliable and rigorous distribution services, particularly for the pharmaceutical sector and sensitive products.
Reporting to the manager of transportations, the transportation coordinator is responsible for coordinating operations and monitoring transportation.
-Hours: Tuesday through Saturday
-7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
-In-person
Works in partnership with Inbound/Outbound Operations and Customer Service.
Receives various requests from customers, users, and suppliers, and must respond to them.
Able to provide recommendations for process improvement and must ensure that business objectives are met.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation coordination.
Develop and maintain procedures and documentation to ensure effective action and follow-up on activities.
Bilingualism in English and French.
Excellent computer skills.
Good communication skills.
Good customer relations skills.
Relevant industry knowledge.
