We are a rapidly growing company in the logistics sector offering a niche service in temperature control.
Two positions are available :
-Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
-Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
As a bilingual customer service agent, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week.
Main duties
-Provide our customers with outstanding “one-stop” service.
-Respond to customer inquiries by email or phone in accordance with established standards and procedures
-Respond to customer requests by phone and/or email in French/English
-Follow up on shipments to ensure they meet standards
-Support transportation logistics and services
-Prepare various Excel reports
-Perform various filing and data entry tasks
-Other related tasks
-Bilingualism required
-High school diploma required
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position – transportation experience an asset
-Geographical knowledge of Quebec and Ontario an asset
