Regional Operations Manager – Montréal

Williams Pharmalogistique is a major player in transport and logistics, specializing in temperature-controlled deliveries. We offer a reliable and rigorous distribution service, particularly for the pharmaceutical sector and sensitive products.

We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager for our Montreal division. This strategic role is essential to the coordination, optimization and supervision of our operational activities in the region.

Position type: Permanent, full-time
Compensation: Competitive depending on experience – starting at $80,000/year.

Responsibilities

📦Main functions

The Regional Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all regional operations, including transport, warehousing, and logistics activities, while ensuring compliance with the strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards of the healthcare sector. The responsibilities include:

-Managing human and material resources effectively across all operations
-Leading and motivating operational teams, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
-Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction
-Implementing process optimization strategies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
-Ensuring strict compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations
-Collaborating with other departments (sales, customer service, quality, etc.) to ensure operational synergy
-Managing regional operational budgets and participating in strategic planning

Qualifications

Profile Sought:

-Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a regulated environment or within healthcare logistics
-Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage priorities and make sound decisions
Knowledge of transport and warehousing standards and best practices in the pharmaceutical or medical field (an asset)
-Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
-Comfortable using operations management software and digital tools
