Our Positions

Team Drivers – Long-Haul (BC and Prairie Provinces)

Williams Pharmalogistics is a Canadian leader in pharmaceutical logistics, specializing in the transport of temperature-sensitive products nationwide. With a growing national fleet and modern facilities, we are hiring experienced team drivers based in Calgary to support our operations across Western Canada.
We are seeking experienced team drivers based in Calgary for long-haul runs to British Columbia and the Prairie provinces (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta).
Departures are scheduled daily from Sunday through Thursday, depending on routing and shipment volume.

All routes are coordinated by our Operations team to ensure safe, on-time, and compliant deliveries for our pharmaceutical clients.

We are hiring employee drivers only — no owner-operators.
This is a full-time position directly with Williams Pharmalogistics.

Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually transport pharmaceutical goods across Western Canada
• Comply with temperature control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections
• Maintain regular communication with Dispatch
• Keep transport documents and electronic logs (ELD) up to date

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (AZ) driver’s licence
• Minimum 3 years of long-haul tractor-trailer experience
• Clean driver’s abstract — no major violations
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certificate — training provided if needed
• Previous team-driving experience (strong asset)
• Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations (Hours of Service, ELD, safety)
• Professional attitude, reliability, and customer focus

• Full-time, permanent employment
• Competitive pay: $0.60 per mile (team)
• Additional pay for each drop/pickup

• Late-model, well-maintained equipment (tractors and refrigerated trailers)
• 24/7 support from our national Dispatch team
• Uniform, fuel card, and ongoing training provided
