About Williams Pharmalogistics
Williams Pharmalogistics is a Canadian leader in pharmaceutical logistics, specializing in the transport of temperature-sensitive products nationwide.

With modern facilities, a growing fleet, and a strong reputation in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking to hire professional drivers to support our local and regional operations in Alberta and British Columbia.

We are seeking full-time drivers to perform city work (local and regional deliveries) in Calgary, Edmonton, and Delta.

The position also includes the opportunity to perform regular line-haul runs between Delta and Kelowna, depending on operational needs.
We are hiring company drivers only — no owner-operators.

This is a full-time position directly with Williams Pharmalogistics.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and timely local and regional deliveries to our pharmaceutical clients
• Comply with temperature control, safety, and compliance standards
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
• Handle freight and verify documentation accurately
• Maintain regular communication with the Dispatch team
• Perform line-haul runs between Delta and Kelowna when required

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (AZ) or Class 3 driver’s licence (depending on assigned vehicle)
• 2–3 years of professional driving experience (city or regional)
• Clean driver’s abstract — no major violations
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certificate — training provided if needed
• Knowledge of Canadian transportation and safety regulations
• Professional attitude, reliability, and customer-focused mindset

• Full-time, permanent position
• Hourly rate: $30.00/hour
• Overtime paid after 60 hours per week
• Additional pay for drops/pickups and line-haul runs (Delta–Kelowna)
• Comprehensive group benefits plan (medical, dental, vision)
• Stable schedule with home every day
• Late-model, well-maintained equipment (reefers, sprinters, tractors)
• 24/7 support from our national Dispatch team
• Uniform, fuel card, and ongoing training provided
