Our Positions
Williams Pharmalogistics is a key player in the transportation and logistics industry, specializing in temperature-controlled delivery. We provide a reliable and rigorous distribution service, particularly for the pharmaceutical sector and sensitive products.
As part of our expansion and to optimize our operations, we are looking for a Truck Driver to join our team in Calgary.
Location: Calgary
Job Type : Full Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 3:00PM – alternative
Compensation: starting at $23/h

Responsibilities
. Arrival at the Facility early (TBD) in the night;
. Assist in doing pick-up or moving trailer based on Williams need
· Assist in the facility if needed on each Williams facility stops
· Ensuring that all inspection and maintenance are verified and done on the units and follow the proper guidelines of Williams daily
. Ensuring to follow the SOP morning procedure with the scanner and all reports to fill in about the Williams LHL / delivery
. Ensuring to always follow all COS procedure with LHL and delivery
· Maintain and monitor track / trailer temperature from departure to arrival at Williams Facility to always preserve ambient temperature
. Maintain and complete the truck inspection log daily with samsara fleet
. Maintain a good relationship with colleagues and customers of Williams
· Follows up on the compliance of temperature control of your tractor / trailer daily so that corrective actions are quickly taken.
. Follows up with the dispatch / supervisor on the compliance of proof of delivery and scan use of all deliveries in the area daily and communicate if needed;
Requirements :
. Experience as a driver / parcel delivery
. Be in good physical condition and be able to lift a load of 50 lb +
· Possess a class 5 driver’s license;
. Capacity to build good relationships with customers and colleagues
· Oral and written communication skills in English;
· Geographical knowledge of the area is an asset;
. Experience in computer / office suite is an asset;
. Must be 25 years old, for truck insurability.
